Oconto Falls 40

Northland Pines 23

Oconto Falls defended its home turf and defeated Northland Pines on Friday in Oconto Falls.

The Panthers are now 1-1 overall and in Northwoods Conference play.

 

Sevastopol 40

Lena/STAA 20

The Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy co-op was doubled up by Sevastopol on Friday in Sevastopol. Lena/STAA fell to 0-2 overall.

Sam Marquardt rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns to lead the co-op in the loss. He also threw for 158 yards, with Lane Whiting hauling in six passes for 80 yards.

Sevastopol scored 34 unanswered points between the first and second quarters to take control of the contest. Lena/STAA turned the ball over five times.
