Gillett/Suring scored three runs in the first inning, but wasn't able to score again in a Marinette & Oconto Conference loss to Niagara on May 10 in Gillett.

Parker Zahn drove in two runs for Gillett/Suring, while Emily Umentum had the team's other RBI. Umentum finished with three hits, while Carrie Griffin had two.

Umentum took the loss in the circle after pitching all five innings.
