BOYS BASKETBALL

Oconto Falls 80

Marinette 64

Oconto Falls led from start to finish, pulling away late to secure a North Eastern Conference win over Marinette on Monday in Oconto Falls.

Mitchell Manns and Joey Walters powered the Panthers’ offensive attack. Manns hit five 3-pointers and led the team with 28 points, while Walters hit two triples and added 20 points.

Zach Parsons chipped in 13 points for Oconto Falls, while Daylen Hischke added eight.

The win was the Panthers second in conference play.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Gillett 58

Niagara 46

Gillett outscored Niagara by eight in the second half to come away with a Marinette & Oconto Conference win on Monday in Gillett.

Karissa Schaal tallied 21 points to lead Gillett on offense. Aubrey DeBauch added 14 points, while Macy Franti had 10.

Of Gillett’s 31 second-half points, 10 came at the free-throw line to help seal up the win.

Crivitz 69

Suring 23

Suring dropped a M&O Conference clash against Crivitz on Monday in Suring.

Kylee Stelzer hit four 3-pointers and tallied 15 points to lead Suring on the offensive end. Stelzer also grabbed five rebounds.

Paige Krueger grabbed eight rebounds for the Eagles.
