BOYS BASKETBALL

Suring 59

St. Thomas Aquinas Academy 43

Suring eased past St. Thomas Aquinas Academy in a Marinette & Oconto Conference matchup on Tuesday in Suring.

Jayden Geniesse led the way for Suring, knocking down five 3-pointers and scoring 23 points.

Dequez Sepulveda chipped in 14 points for the Eagles, while Bryce Losurdo and Ethan Hischke tallied eight and seven points, respectively.

Oconto Falls 64

Oconto 60

Oconto Falls edged Oconto in a nonconference battle on Tuesday in Oconto.

Jarod Parsons scored 14 points to lead a balanced Oconto Falls attack on offense. Mitchell Manns added 13 points, while Braden Uelmen knocked down four 3-pointers to score 12 points.

Joey Walters chipped in nine points, while Isaac Raddatz had seven points for the Panthers.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Lena 69

White Lake 34

Lena rolled to a nonconference win over White Lake on Tuesday in Lena.

Natalie McNurlen scored all 14 of her points in the first half to lead Lena on offense. Kennedy Marquardt and Chloie Potter contributed 10 and eight points, respectively, with all those points also coming in the opening half.

Lena's Aspen Magee scored all eight of her points in the second half.

A total of 12 Lena players scored in the contest.
