Suring 46, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran co-op 0

Logan Stuart enjoyed a monster night on the ground to help Suring ease to a MONLPC-8 home win over Green Bay N.E.W Lutheran/Oneida Nation/Providence Academy on Friday. The win moved Suring to 5-1 overall and in conference play.

Stuart rushed for 348 yards and five touchdowns on the night. He scored his touchdowns on runs of 46, 71, 16, 18 and 43.

Dequez Sepulveda scored Suring's other two touchdowns, one on the ground and the other through the air. He rushed for 18 yards and caught one pass for 27 yards.

Mike VanDenElzen caught Jayden Geniesse's other pass for a 32-yards gain.

Luxemburg-Casco 52, Oconto Falls 13

Oconto Falls couldn’t slow Luxemburg-Casco in a North Eastern Conference clash in Oconto Falls on Friday.

The Panthers slipped to 0-6 overall and in the NEC.

Gibraltar 38, Lena/STAA 14

The Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy co-op came up short in a MONLPC-8 road matchup against Gibraltar on Friday.

The loss drops Lena/STAA to 0-6 on the season and 0-5 in conference play.

Sevastopol 16, Gillett 6

Gillett couldn’t put up enough points in a tough MONLPC-8 home loss to Gibraltar on Friday. The Tigers are now 2-4 overall and 2-3 in conference play.

Gillett trailed 16-0 before Derek Block scored on a 1-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. Block rushed for 50 yards and passed for 63 in the game.

Logan Block tallied 55 rushing yards, caught two passes for 27 yards and had nine total tackles. Anthony Carroll led the team with 13 total tackles, while Wyatt Herzog picked off a pass and had nine total tackles.
