Oconto Falls 20, Marinette 12

Oconto Falls earned its first win of the season, taking down Marinette in a North Eastern Conference matchup in Oconto Falls on Friday. The Panthers are now 1-7 overall and 1-6 in NEC play.

Oconto Falls trailed 12-7 heading into the fourth quarter, but had Joey Walters return a fumble for a touchdown and Dylan Thomson pick off a pass and return it for another score to pull ahead for good.

Walters threw a touchdown to Daylen Hischke in the first half for Oconto Falls' other score.

Suring 52, Gillett 20

Suring continued its strong season with a home MONLPC-8 victory over Gillett on Friday. Suring improved to 7-1 overall and in conference play, while Gillett slipped to 2-6 overall and 2-5 in conference play.

Logan Stuart rushed for 180 yards and three touchdowns to power Suring on the night. Jayden Geniesse also rushed for a touchdown.

Geniesse threw a touchdown to Dequez Sepulveda, who also had a punt return touchdown. Kegyn Lambrecht returned a kickoff for a score.

Gillett's Derek Block threw for 212 yards and touchdowns to Wyatt Herzog and Colton Wolfe. Herzog caught six passes for 155 yards, Logan Block rushed for the team's other touchdown.

Wausaukee 47, Lena/STAA 16

The Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy co-op dropped a MONLPC-8 home matchup to Wausaukee on Friday.

Lena/STAA slipped to 0-8 overall and 0-7 in conference play.
