Carroll

Oconto Falls graduate Aaron Kurth turned in a pair of top-five finishes for the Carroll University men’s track and field team at the Monmouth College Midwest Indoor Invitational on Jan. 18 in Monmouth, Illinois.

Kurth qualified for the 60-meter dash finals, where he placed fifth with a time of 7.1 seconds. He placed second in the 200 dash with a time of 22.95 seconds.

Viterbo

Gillett graduate Lauren Herzog ran in one event for the Viterbo University women’s track and field team at the St. Mary’s Early Birdinal in Winona, Minnesota, on Jan. 18.

Herzog competed in the 3,000 run, posting a time of 12 minutes, 20.22 seconds to place sixth.

Ripon

Suring graduate Ryan Mahoney played three minutes in the Ripon men’s basketball team’s 91-64 rout of Illinois College on Jan. 18.

Mahoney pulled down an offensive and defensive rebound. He did not attempt a shot.

St. Norbert

Oconto Falls graduate Aaron Gonnering competed in the 60-meter dash at the Emory Crossplex Showdown on Jan. 19 in Birmingham, Alabama.

Gonnering placed 40th with a time of 7.7 seconds.
