Pulaski No. 1 doubles team advances to tennis sectionals

The Pulaski High School No. 1 doubles team of Paige Vanderveren and Madeline Diefenthaler earned one win at the Division 1 Notre Dame Subsectional on Oct. 4 in Green Bay to advance to sectionals.

Vanderveren and Diefenthaler will next take part in the Manitowoc Lincoln Sectional on Oct. 7 in Kohler.

Shawano earned four wins on the day, but the team didn’t advance any players to sectionals.

Jenna Ainsworth (No. 2), Adison Moesch (No. 3) and Elise Pyatskowit (No. 4) won in singles action for the Hawks, while the No. 2 doubles team of Sarah Carroll and Anna Etten also picked up a win.
