Shawano Police Department

Aug. 7

Police logged 31 incidents, including the following:

Intoxicated Person — Police responded to a intoxicated person complaints at Third and Main streets and at The Store gas station, 404 E. Green Bay St.

Vandalism — Shawano Community High School, 220 County Road B, reported graffiti to school walls and gym doors. An entrance sign along County Road B and four outside gym doors had the same type of messages as a previous incident at the middle school, according to police. Both incidents are under investigation.

Accident — Police responded to a property damage accident in the 1200 block of East Green Bay Street.

Fraud — Police investigated a fraud complaint at CoVantage Credit Union, 911 E. Green Bay St.

Disturbance — A 29-year-old Shawano man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic and bail jumping after a disturbance in the 100 block of Sunset Avenue.

Deputies logged 51 incidents, including the following:

Harassment — Harassment was reported on Cattau Beach Drive in the town of Wescott.

Trespass — Trespassing was reported on High Line Road in the town of Washington.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a domestic disturbance on Short Lane in the town of Waukechon.

Weather — Authorities responded to 14 reports of trees down debris in the road and wires down as a result of storms in the area.

Accidents — Authorities responded to injury accidents on National Guard Road in Bowler, state Highway 29 in the town of Angelica and Cecil Street in Bonduel.

Police logged 12 incidents, including the following:

Suspicious — Suspicious incidents were reported in Olen Park and on Park Lane.

Accident — A two-vehicle property damage accident was reported on South Main Street.
