Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Allan C. Evans, 34, Abrams, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 31. His initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for James L. Nerenhausen, 23, Oconto, after he was charged with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of battery, criminal damage to property, bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 31. His initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.

Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Michael M. Nerenhausen, 30, Oconto, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 1. His initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.

Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Cheryl Lynn Beck, 45, Kenosha, after she was charged with possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 29. Her initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.

Proceedings of March 29

Jonathan D. Evernham, 34, Denmark, pleaded no contest to a charge of exposing himself to a child, in connection with an incident that occurred March 17, 2018. A charge of first-degree child sexual assault was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for June 7 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Christopher K. LaLonde, 30, Cecil, was placed on two years of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 28, and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense). Judge Jay N. Conley ordered that LaLonde serve a conditional jail sentence consecutive to Menominee and Shawano counties until Oct. 28. His license is suspended for six months and he must maintain absolute sobriety during probation, among other conditions.

A jury trial was rescheduled for Dec. 1-2 for Steven M. Schmitz, 66, Crivitz, who is charged with three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 16, 2020. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Nov. 15.

A bench warrant was issued for Francesca Inez Ellan Henckel, 23, Peshtigo, after she failed to appear at a court hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 28.

Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Michael Edward Garvey, 39, Marinette, after he was charged with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred March 26. His initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.

Bond was set at $500 cash Katherine L. Reith, 29, Sussex, after she was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 26. Her initial appearance was adjourned until April 15.
