Proceedings of Nov. 19

After a preliminary hearing Mckenzie Paige Ottesen, 29, Green Bay, was bound over on charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 27. On a defense motion her bond was reduced from $15,000 to $10,000 cash. Arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 10.

After a preliminary hearing James Richard Cackovic, 22, Bonduel, was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 16. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 1.

After a preliminary hearing Lee W. Phillips, 39, Oconto, was bound over on charges of strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 22. Arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 24.

Jeremiah T. Irving, 24, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, bail jumping, and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 21. Arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 9.

Proceedings of Nov. 18

After a preliminary hearing David J. Burrie Jr., 53, Gillett, was bound over on charges of fleeing an officer, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), and misdemeanor charges of operating while his license was revoked, battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with a high-speed chase and traffic crash on state Highway 32 at Claywood Road on Oct. 14. Arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 9.

After a preliminary hearing Manuel Antonio Herrera-Hernandez, 31, Green Bay, was bound over on charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 27. Arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 10.

Christopher K. LaLonde, 29, Cecil, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 28. Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 14.

Joyce A. Madison, 54, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense) and possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 4. In a new case she was charges with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 8. Arraignment on the November charges and a preliminary hearing of the April charges were both scheduled for Jan. 15.

Proceedings of Nov. 17

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Joshua Earl Stone, 30, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 14. His initial appearance was adjourned to Dec. 10.

Proceedings of Nov. 16

After a preliminary hearing Christopher Allen Gulledge, 32, Oconto, was bound over on charges of substantial battery and misdemeanor charges of endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, two counts of bail jumping, and one count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 21. Arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 10.

Proceedings of Nov. 13

Sarah J. Hujet, 37, Gillett, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred April 16. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Jan. 25 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Proceedings of Nov. 11

A jury trial was rescheduled to Jan. 5 for Jesse Brian Rickard, 29, Gillett, on charges of strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and three counts bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 23. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Dec. 23.
