Proceedings of Aug. 28

Skylarr S. Edwards, 25, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to fleeing an officer in a vehicle and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), resisting or obstructing an officer and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred July 4. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled his sentencing for Oct. 19 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Melanie L. Nelson, 55, Oconto, formerly Wild Rose, North Dakota, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 14. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 9. In a previous pending case, she is charged with misappropriating ID information to obtain money in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in Oconto on Nov. 29.

A Jan. 12 jury trial was scheduled for Jason C. Demerath, 43, Oconto, who is charged with failure to provide sex offender information, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 15. A final pretrial conference was scheduled for Dec. 21.

A $5,000 signature bond was approved for Brian J. Ragen, 58, Oconto, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 21. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 28.

Marsha A. Cassell, 42, Suring, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 9.

Proceedings of Aug. 27

Bond was set at $50,000 cash for Sarah L. Alberts, 38, Oconto, after she was charged with chronic neglect of a child with the consequence of sexual assault, harboring or aiding a felon and failure to act against a child sex assault, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 11. Her initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Jacquelyn Marie Kummerer-Braun, 29, Green Bay, after she was charged with attempted vehicle theft, misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer and theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 25. Her initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Proceedings of Aug. 26

Michael J. Grover, 53, Gillett, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 10. In a plea agreement, a felony charge was dismissed but read into the record. Judge Michael T. Judge sentenced Grover to two years of probation beginning with one year in the county jail. He must maintain absolute sobriety and undergo any treatment and counseling ordered by the Department of Corrections.

Tami Graves, 32, Suring, pleaded not guilty to charges of misstating facts in a food stamp application and knowingly trafficking in food stamps, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in April 2019. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Sept. 17.

Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Darrin A. Niec, 20, Phelps, who is charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer in a vehicle, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 19. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Heidi A. McFatridge, 49, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to aggravated battery to an elderly person and misdemeanor criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 4. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Oct. 15.

Proceedings of Aug. 25

Jacob G. Donlevy, 34, Watertown, was placed on five years’ probation after a four-year prison term was imposed and stayed for fraudulent use of a credit card from a previous employer, in connection with more than $20,000 in charges run up during 2019. Judge Michael T. Judge ruled that during probation, Donlevy must maintain full-time employment and pay restitution of $27,525.78 at a rate of at least $100 weekly. The probationary period begins with 10 months in jail with Huber work-release privileges, which Donlevy may serve in another county.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Lee W. Phillips, 39, Oconto, who is charged with strangulation-suffocation, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 22. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Dyllon Drake Edwards, 25, Oconto, who is charged with bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 23. His initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Dina Renick Hudson, 48, Oshkosh, who is charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 21. Her initial appearance was adjourned until Sept. 17.

Jerame Mathew Perez, 31, Appleton, walked out during a sentencing hearing regarding his conviction for possession of burglarious tools, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 18. Judge Michael T. Judge revoked Perez’s bond and authorized a bench warrant.

Proceedings of Aug. 24

Nathan S. Borkovec, 35, Lena, pleaded no contest to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 4, 2019. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Oct. 19 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Austin J. Sutrick, 19, Green Bay, formerly Gillett, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 5, 2019; felony bail jumping and misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that occurred March 17; and felony bail jumping and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, for a June 13 incident. Several other charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement but will be read into the record. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for Oct. 23 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

A Jan. 28 jury trial was scheduled for Timothy J. Urbanek, 56, Pound, who is charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), misdemeanor operating while his license was revoked, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 4. A final pretrial conference was scheduled for Jan. 19.

A bench warrant was authorized for David J. San Roman, 44, Oconto, after he failed to appear for a final pretrial conference on a charge of bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 17.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Maria C. Laws, 33, Lena, after she was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver THC, two counts possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 18. The balance of her initial appearance was scheduled for Sept. 17.

Proceedings of Aug. 20

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Christopher M. Zajac, 40, Green Bay, who is charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping, criminal trespass to dwelling and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 18. The balance of his initial appearance was scheduled for Oct. 15.
