Proceedings of Jan. 17

Damian Lee Murphy, 18, Abrams, pleaded not guilty to homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle in the Aug. 14 crash that killed Albert W. Reppert, 71, of Midlothian, Illinois. A pretrial conference was scheduled for March 19.

Jason L. Mulikin, 44, Kingsford, Michigan, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 9. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 27 and ordered a presentence investigation.

After a preliminary hearing, David W. Parmentier, 69, Suring, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless endangerment and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 27. A jury trial was scheduled for April 29, with a final pretrial conference April 27.

Timothy J. Urbanek, 55, Pound, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and three related misdemeanors in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 4. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 7.

Proceedings of Jan. 16

A May 19-22 jury trial was scheduled for Brian A. Blasing, 29, Oconto, who is charged with first-degree reckless homicide and the manufacture with intent to deliver heroin, in connection with the Sept. 12, 2018, death of Jeffrey Dean Pecha, as well as possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, misdemeanor possession of cocaine and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping in connection with an alleged April 29, 2019, incident. A final pretrial conference was scheduled for May 11.

After a preliminary hearing, Christopher C. Royce, 32, Mountain, was bound over for trial on two counts of first-degree child sexual assault and two counts of child enticement for sexual contact, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred July 7 and Nov. 23. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 13.

A bench warrant was ordered for Jeffrey Charles Stenfors, 47, Skandia, Michigan, after he failed to appear for a court hearing on three felony counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, along with misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing or resisting an officer, in connection with an alleged road rage incident Sept. 13.

A bench warrant was ordered for Lily Ali Miller, 22, Suring, after she failed to appear for a court hearing on charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 23, and bail jumping, after a previous non-appearance on Aug. 15.

A bench warrant was authorized for Harmony F. Hollins, 19, Lena, who failed to appear for a status conference regarding three counts forgery-uttering, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in March and April, and misdemeanor theft, in connection with an alleged March 8 incident.

Eric Stephen Walton, 42, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to child neglect, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 29. Judge Michael T. Judge dismissed several related charges, but they will be read into the record at sentencing, which he scheduled for March 30 while ordering a presentence investigation.

The case of Aaron J. Zegers, 21, Sobieski — who is charged with taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 20, 2018 — was consolidated with a Brown County case, where he also is charged with taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, as well as felony burglary and misdemeanor theft, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 1 and Dec. 6, 2018. A plea hearing was scheduled for Feb. 28 in Green Bay.

A June 2-5 jury trial was scheduled for Greylyn M. Gilson, 54, Coleman, who faces charges of manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine precursors and possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Sept. 6. A final pretrial conference was set for May 27.

Patrick E. Mocco, 62, Coleman, pleaded not guilty to charges of manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine precursors and possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Sept. 6. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.

Julie A Harteau, 62, Coleman, pleaded not guilty to charges of manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine precursors and possession of paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Sept. 6. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.

Nichole L. Earley, 43, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 8. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.

Allyn C. Dodge, 46, Shawano, pleaded not guilty to a bail-jumping charge in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 17. Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 16. He also faces strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct charges in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 29. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.

Caleb Richard Hardy, 22, Suamico, pleaded not guilty to charges of strangulation-suffocation and three related misdemeanors, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 12. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.

A March 10 jury trial was scheduled for Liam P. Connors, 18, Oconto, who faces two counts of criminal damage to property in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 4. A final pretrial conference was scheduled for March 6.

Austin J. Sutrick, 18, Green Bay, formerly Gillett, pleaded not guilty to charges of strangulation-suffocation, two counts of misdemeanor battery and one county of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 5. A pretrial conference was scheduled for March 12.

An April 7-8 jury trial was scheduled for Richard R. Volm, 59, Pound, who is charged with possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 7. A final pretrial conference was scheduled for March 30.

Darrick P. Jordan, 42, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of THC with intent to deliver, as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 4 and bail jumping, in connection with an alleged Aug. 15 incident. A pretrial conference was scheduled for Feb. 13.
