Proceedings of June 17

William J. Neering, 46, Coleman, pleaded no contest to two counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 25, 2021, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 27, 2020. Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled sentencing for Aug. 15 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

A Nov. 10-11 jury trial was scheduled for Randall R. Kellogg, 32, Suring, on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated battery and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 28.

Jeremy James Johnson, 40, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over, then stood mute and not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf to possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 18. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 11.

Krysta Marie Rouer, 21, Sturgeon Bay, was placed on two years’ probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 14. Among other probation conditions, Judge Jay N. Conley ordered that Rouer avoid alcohol and other drugs, undergo an AODA assessment and follow through, and complete all assessments, counseling and treatment deemed necessary by her probation agent.

An Oct. 26-27 jury trial was scheduled for Koltin Winchester Grzybowski, 21, Coleman, on charges of injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, injury by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content and second-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 15, 2021. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 17.

Proceedings of June 16

A jury trial was scheduled for Sept. 28-29 for Brad A. Vickman, 49, Oconto, on charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and misdemeanor battery, bail jumping, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 16, 2021, and two counts of bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 5, 2021. A final pre-trial conference was set for Sept. 16.

An Oct. 4-5 jury trial was scheduled for Ashley A. Phillips, 37, Oconto, on a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 12, 2021, as well as charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 19, 2021. A final pre-trial conference was set for Sept. 19.

An Oct. 4-5 jury trial was scheduled for James W. Badem, 55, Oconto, on charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, manufacture and delivery of amphetamine, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 24. A final pre-trial conference was set for Sept. 19.

A Sept. 28-29 jury trial was set for Richard W. Sotka, 47, Rosendale, on charges of stalking and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 1, 2021, and an alleged Oct. 31 restraining order violation. A final pre-trial conference was set for Sept. 16.

Michael D. Wood, 34, Suring, pleaded not guilty to first-degree reckless endangerment, strangulation-suffocation, false imprisonment, substantial battery, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 1. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.

Cecil A. Seivers, 59, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to aggravated battery of a physically disabled person and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 15, 2021. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.

William D. Patnode, 47, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 28. A pre-trial conference was set for July 14.

Dylan Anthony Zenisek, 30, Kaukauna, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to the manufacture of THC with intent to deliver and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 13, 2021. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 15.

Proceedings of June 15

A bench warrant was issued for Glenn Adam Funmaker, 59, Green Bay, after he failed to appear for a preliminary hearing on a charge of driving or operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 28.

Michael L. Connerton, 36, Cudahy, was placed on six years’ probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, in connection with an incident that occurred March 31, 2020. Judge James A. Morrison imposed a county jail term of 806 days already served. Among other conditions of probation, Morrison ordered Connerton to maintain absolute sobriety, participate in a 12-step program and complete all assessments, counseling and treatment deemed necessary by his corrections agent.

Proceedings of June 14

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Jayson C. Giordana, 29, Green Bay, after he was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 10. His initial appearance was adjourned until July 14.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Maya R. Hrabik, 17, Oconto, after she was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, escape from criminal arrest, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred June 10. In a later appearance, a preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 22.

Proceedings of June 13

Kevin Lynn Ruhnke, 66, Hermantown, Minnesota, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, for hit-and-run causing great bodily harm and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred July 30, 2020. Among other conditions of extended supervision, Judge Jay N. Conley ruled that Ruhnke must complete all assessments, counseling and treatment deemed necessary by his corrections agent, and pay restitution, surcharges and court fees totaling $9,623.78.

Zachary R. Clarke, 27, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to distribute amphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 12. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Aug. 29 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

After a preliminary hearing, Tanner Michael Johnson, 24, Suamico, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor ignition interlock device violation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 22. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for July 25.
