Proceedings of Aug. 26

Ben D. Kingsley, 42, Lena, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court on charges of strangulation-suffocation, false imprisonment, and misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 11. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 14.

James Christopher Knudsen, 20, Cecil, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court on charges of attempted possession of an electric weapon and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 4. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 16.

Proceedings of Aug. 24

Casey Douglas Frank, 27, Pulaski, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court on a charge of possession of child pornography, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 1. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 16.

Proceedings of Aug. 23

Jacquelyn Marie Kummerer-Braun, 30, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 25, 2020. A felony charge of driving a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent was dismissed but read into the record as Judge Michael T. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed Kummerer-Braun on two years of probation.

Stephanie J. Termaat, 37, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to two counts of harboring or aiding a felon, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 20. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 14.

After a preliminary hearing, Allan C. Evans, 34, Abrams, was bound over to circuit court on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 31. Arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 16.
