Proceedings of April 19

• Scott Glen Sorenson, 59, De Pere, pleaded no contest to operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense), in connection with an Oct. 10, 2019, crash in the Town of Stiles. Judge Michael Judge levied fines and sentenced Sorenson to 60 days in the county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges. He revoked Sorenson’s license for 24 months.

• Bond was set at $3,500 cash for Raymond Douglas Le Mieux II, 42, Bowler, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 18. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until June 13.

Proceedings of April 16

• Kyra L. Saldana, 21, Oconto, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 29. Judge scheduled sentencing for June 20 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• A three-day jury trial starting July 31 was scheduled for Randall R. Kellogg, 34, Suring, on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated battery and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18, 2021; and child abuse intentionally causing harm, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 12, 2022. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for July 9.

• An Aug. 27-28 jury trial was scheduled for Cody James Meyer, 36, Oconto Falls, on charges of a sex registry violation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 13, 2023, as well as possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15, 2022. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Aug. 12.

• Aaron John Husted, 37, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting arrest, fleeing an officer in a vehicle, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 20. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 2.

• Isaac A. Bell, 17, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 13. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 2.

• Fernando Sifuentes Guerrero, 36, Krakow, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 8. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 10.

• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Robert R. Fredenburgh, 36, Antigo, after he was charged with harassment, sending a computer message that threatens injury or harm, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 15. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until June 13.

• Edward Phillip Lindahl, 41, Sturgeon Bay, was placed on one year of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 27, 2020. Conley ordered the probation be served consecutive to any other sentences Lindahl is serving.

• Krystle L. Prenevost, 38, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 18.

• Andrew E. Mahers, 36, Pound, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 30. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference hearing for June 20.

• Kyle Berg Piper, 34, Oconto Falls, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that alleged occurred Jan. 2. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 18.

• A bench warrant was issued for Charles S. Elm, 49, De Pere, after he failed to appear for a plea hearing on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 30, 2022.

• Bond was set at $500 cash for Loyal Tyrell Bradley, 38, Green Bay, after the was charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), operating a firearm while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 13. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until June 13.

• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Skylar Alexis Anwash, 22, Wabeno, after she was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 11. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until May 2.

• Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Phleecee K. Young, 23, Oconto, after she was charged with manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 29, and possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an alleged April 3 incident. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until May 2.

Proceedings of April 11

• An Oct. 1-2 jury trial was scheduled for Jessie James VanDreel, 31, Sobieski, on felony counts of strangulation and suffocation and false imprisonment and misdemeanor charges of battery, two counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 20. Conley set a final pre-trial conference for Sept. 10.

• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Shane Brandon Ksobiech, 31, Tomahawk, after he was charged with substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 23, 2022. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until June 13.

• A $2,000 signature bond was set for John S. Bouillion, 58, Lena, after he was charged with false imprisonment and misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 24. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until June 13.
