• Amanda J. Borkovec, 35, Pound, was placed on two years of probation with conditions after Judge Michael T. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence for possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 27, 2023. Judge gave her credit for 69 days served in the county jail.

• After a preliminary hearing, Brent A. Olson, 30, Crivitz, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to three counts of possession of child pornography, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 18. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for March 14.

• After a preliminary hearing, Conner Richard Lewis, 17, Shawano, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 1. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Feb. 19.

• Brian S. Greetan, 42, Oconto Falls, was placed on three years of probation after Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence for taking and driving a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, in connection with an incident that occurred June 11, 2022. Conditions of probation include up to six months in county jail; Judge credited him for four days already served.

• Benjamin Harrison, 28, Oconto, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of repeated physical abuse of a child causing bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of pointing a firearm at a person, child neglect, battery and two counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 15, 2023. Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement on the felony charge and placed Harrison on two years of probation for the misdemeanors, with conditions including 120 days in the county jail.

• Dale G. Behnke, 65, Lena, was placed on two years probation after Judge withheld sentencing on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 24, 2022. Conditions include 120 days in the county jail, and Judge gave him credit for three days already served.

• Jacob S. Barber, 36, Crivitz, pleaded no contest to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 31. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• A June 11-12 jury trial was scheduled for Tyler J. Geurts, 36, Oconto, on 16 counts of possession of child pornography, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 8, 2021. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a final pre-trial conference for May 20.

• Kenneth L. Behnke Jr., 45, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of third-degree sexual assault, substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 21. Judge scheduled arraignment for Feb. 15.

• Allyson Faye Britten, 28, Cecil, was brought into court after failing to appear for a Jan. 11 hearing on charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Conley forfeited the $2,000 cash bond Britten previously posted and set a new cash bond of $4,000. A status conference was scheduled for Feb. 15.
