• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Ryan Christopher Mootz, 43, New Berlin, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 4. Judge Michael Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 11.

• Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Paige B. Fox, 29, Peshtigo, after she was charged with misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty, possession of methamphetamine, driving or operating a vehicle without consent, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing and officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 3. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Jan. 11.

• Bond was set at $500 for Kyle Berg Piper, 34, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 2. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 11.

• An Oconto County jury found Amy M. Uphill, 39, Oconto, not guilty of possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping or misdemeanor bail jumping in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 6. Jurors deliberated for less than an hour before reaching their verdict.

Proceedings of Jan. 3

• Jeffrey M. Collard, 53, a Green Bay resident currently serving time at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, for operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred July 31, 2022. Judge ruled that the sentence is concurrent with Collard’s present sentence and that he is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program, which can lead to early release upon successful completion.

• Jeremy R. Tank, 45, Pound, was placed on two years’ probation after Judge withheld sentencing for child abuse recklessly causing harm, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 8, 2022. Conditions include 30 days in the Oconto County Jail with Huber work-release privileges starting Jan. 18.

• Michael K. Berck, 51, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to charges of the manufacture and delivery of psilocin, manufacture and delivery of THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that occurred July 25. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 4 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• Alissa R. Dehut, 32, Abrams, pleaded no contest to hit-and-run involving injury, in connection with an Oct. 19, 2022, crash in the Town of Pensaukee. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 1 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

• Bond was set at $500 cash for Conner Richard Lewis, 17, Shawano, after he was charged with misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 1. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 11.

• Bond was set at $500 cash for Scott A. Engle, 44, Marinette, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 29. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 11.
