• Jonathan D Collar, 37, an Oconto Falls man now serving time at Stanley Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest to aggravated battery and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 17, 2021. Judge Michael Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 19 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Darrell John Brempell, 34, Green Bay, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 29. He is also awaiting trial on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed knife and possession of drug paraphernalia, from an alleged Aug. 8 incident. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for Jan. 9.
• After a preliminary hearing, Zachary Andrew Zastawniak, 23, Peshtigo, was bound over on three counts of child enticement for sexual contact, three counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child, four counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of soliciting a child for prostitution, two counts of using a computer to facilitate a sex crime, two counts of threats to communicate derogatory information and one count of trafficking of a child. Judge Jay Conley scheduled arraignment for Jan. 11.
• After a preliminary hearing Peter J. VanHulle, 35, Oconto, was bound over on a charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 23. Conley scheduled arraignment for Jan. 11.
Proceedings of Dec. 19
• Michael J. Jensen, 61, Mountain, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 19. A felony count was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines and fees totaling $825.
• A final pre-trial hearing was held for Ashley M. Rath, 33, Gillett, who is scheduled to stand trial Jan. 10 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 4, 2023. Conley denied a defense motion to reduce her $1,000 cash bond.
• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Michael Ravanelli Perkins, 39, Gillett, after he was charged with misappropriating identity information to avoid penalty, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 11.
• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Krystle L. Prenevost, 36, Oconto, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Judge adjourned her initial appearance to Jan. 11.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Allyson Faye Britten, 28, Cecil, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Jan. 11.
