Amber N. Barber, 42, White Lake, was placed on two years of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 31. Judge Michael Judge ruled that if she happens to have her probation revoked, she will be eligible for the Substance Abuse Program, which can lead to early release from prison upon completion. He also gave her credit for 91 days already served in the county jail.
Harrison J. Cain, 20, Oconto, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child age 15 or older, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 9, 2021, and felony charges of bail jumping and injury by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, in connection with a crash that occurred April 2, 2022. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 1 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Collin Andrew Hilker, 24, Appleton, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 28, 2022. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 2 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Chris W. Metz, 61, McHenry, Illinois, waived extradition back to Illinois, where he is wanted a fugitive warrant. Judge Jay Conley signed the waiver. Metz will be held in the Oconto County Jail for 30 days or until Illinois authorities come to pick him up.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Darrell John Brempell, 34, Green Bay, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 29. Brempell had been wanted on a bench warrant after he allegedly failed to appear for an Oct. 12 pre-trial conference on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed knife and possession of drug paraphernalia, from an alleged Aug. 8 incident. Conley scheduled conferences for both cases on Dec. 14.
Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Kyra L. Saldana, 21, Oconto, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 29. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Dec. 14.

Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Michael T. Stangel, 36, Green Bay, after he was charged with strangulation and suffocation, two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and one count of misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 22. Conley adjourned his initial appearance to Dec. 14.
