Proceedings of July 16

Blaze L. Agen, 57, an inmate at Oshkosh Correctional Correctional Institution, pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of second-degree sexual assault, in connection with assaults that allegedly occurred from 2013 to 2016. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Sept. 17.

Zebullin Augustus Fountain, 21, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to repeated sexual assault of the same child, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in 2012. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 7.

A Jan. 5 jury trial was scheduled for Jasmine Skye Williams, 27, Keshena, who is charged with reckless driving causing great bodily harm, in connection with a crash that occurred Nov. 5 on County Road VV near County Road HH in the town of Underhill. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Dec. 23.

A bench warrant was authorized after Robert James Schneider, 46, Suring, failed to appear on charges of possession firearm by a person convicted of a felony, possession of a short-barreled shotgun or rifle, strangulation-suffocation, and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 14.

Melanie L. Nelson, 54, Minot, North Dakota, pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to obtain money, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in Oconto on Nov. 29. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Tami Graves, 32, Suring, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of misstating facts in a food stamp application and knowingly trafficking in food stamps, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in April 2019. Arraignment was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Tanya R. Bender, 36, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 19. A further plea hearing was scheduled for Sept. 8.

Todd A Woyak, 53, Little Suamico, pleaded not guilty to two counts of child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 10. A further plea hearing was scheduled for Sept. 11.

A Nov. 17 jury trial was scheduled for Jonathan Noe Tafolla, 22, Green Bay, who is charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), and eight related misdemeanor counts in connection with a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 41 just south of Moody Lane at 3 a.m. Feb. 23. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Nov. 11.

A Nov. 17 jury trial was scheduled for Jesse Brian Rickard, 29, Gillett, on charges of strangulation-suffocation and misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and three counts bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 23. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Nov. 11.

A Dec. 15 jury trial was scheduled for Phillip John Waupoose, 36, Gillett, on charges of substantial battery intending bodily harm, intimidating a victim by damaging property, false imprisonment, misdemeanor criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 29. A final pre-trial conference is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Ashley R. Hardy, 19, Pound, pleaded not guilty to theft of movable property worth between $10,000 and $100,000, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 3, 2019., three counts of forgery-uttering, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in March and April 2019, and misdemeanor theft, in an alleged March 8, 2019, incident. A status conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

A bench warrant was authorized for Diana Marie Wynos, 25, Shawano, after she failed to make her initial appearance on charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, and fleeing an officer in a vehicle, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 21, 2019.

Sarah J. Hujet, 37, Sobieski, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 16. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Oct. 15.

Brandon P. Conradt, 25, Suamico, stood mute and a not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf on charges of fleeing or eluding an officer in a vehicle, two misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer, and one misdemeanor count of striking a K-9 officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 28. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Breanna B. List-Kimball, 28, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to four counts of burglary, two counts of felony bail jumping, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in late April and early May. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Decarlo L. Denny, 32, Lena, stood mute and a not guilty was entered on his behalf to possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 31. A status conference was scheduled for Aug. 27.
Proceedings of July 15

James F. King, 19, Suring, pleaded not guilty to fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and two counts of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 20. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Ricky C. Blasing, 48, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, witness intimidation, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 1. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 13.

Proceedings of July 14

A Nov. 11 jury trial was scheduled for James Edward Bieber, 39, Green Bay, who is charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol content (both fourth offenses) in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 21, 2018. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Nov. 10.

Nichole L. Earley, 43, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 8. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley placed Earley on one year of probation, during which time she may not consume alcohol or illegal drugs and must follow any treatment recommendations of the Department of Corrections.

After a preliminary hearing Richard H. Deinert, 72, Fremont, was bound over on charges of aggravated battery of an elderly person, misdemeanor battery, and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18, 2019. Arraignment was scheduled for Aug. 12.

On the prosecutor’s motion charges were dismissed against Amanda Nicole Diedrich, 39, Oconto, who had been charged with battery or threat to a (law enforcement officer), misdemeanor resisting/obstructing an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 13.

A Jan. 7 jury trial was scheduled for Joseph R Arndt, 39, Gillett, on charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 20. A final pre-trial conference was scheduled for Dec. 18.
