Green Bay Southwest 3

Pulaski took down Green Bay Southwest in a Fox River Classic Conference battle on Sept. 22 in Green Bay.

Kylie Cole (No. 1), Isabella Skalecki (No. 2) and Ayla Groteluschen (No. 3) earned singles wins for Pulaski. Sarah Johnson and Josie Steeno earned a win at No. 2 doubles.

VOLLEYBALL

Oconto Falls 3

Marinette 1

Oconto Falls toppled Marinette in a North Eastern Conference clash on Sept. 22 in Oconto Falls. The Panthers won by scores of 25-11, 23-25, 25-10, 25-15.

Amber Otto and Brailyn St. Louis delivered 13 and 11 attack kills, respectively, to power Oconto Falls. Tess Maggio recorded six blocks, while Grace Molitor had five and Morgan Kluth four.

Molitor served seven aces on the night, while Madison Uelmen had four aces. Kyndra Staidl led the Panthers with 16 digs, with Hanna Krejcarek chipping in 11 and Otto nine.

Krejcarek also posted a team-leading 14 assists. Morgan Moynihan had 10 assists, with Staidl tallying seven.

Shawano 3

Menasha 0

Shawano swept Menasha in a Bay Conference clash on Sept. 22 in Menasha, winning by scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-14.

Abby Bystol totaled eight kills and three aces for Shawano in the win. Alix Heath also served three aces, while also contributing 19 assists.

Sam Richter recorded seven digs for the Hawks, while Leah Nordin had a pair of blocks.

Witt-Birn 3

Menominee Indian 0

Wittenberg-Birnamwood picked up a Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division win over Menominee Indian on Sept. 22 in Keshena. The Chargers won by scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-17.

Reese Rogowski tallied 14 kills, eight digs and three aces for Witt-Birn, while London Metropulos had 11 attack kills and two block kills.

Payton Foster led the Chargers with 18 assists. Lilly Betry recorded 10 assists, Allison Linke had 10 digs and Kaydence Burclaw served three aces.

Crivitz 3

Gillett 0

Gillett dropped a Marinette & Oconto Conference match to Crivitz on Sept. 22 in Gillett. Crivitz won by scores of 25-18, 25-10, 25-16.

Halle Fisher led Gillett with 12 digs, while Reece Franti had 11 and Grace Baer and Bella Matczak had 10 each.

Madison VanHaren and Mia Soper tallied seven digs each.

BOYS SOCCER

Bay Port 2

Pulaski 0

Pulaski lost an FRCC match to Bay Port on Sept. 22 in Green Bay.

Bay Port scored in the first and 21st minutes to prevail. Pulaski was outshot 6-4 in the match.

Goalie Mason Baker had five saves for the Red Raiders.

CROSS-COUNTRY

Oconto Falls girls 7th, boys 12 at invitational

The Oconto Falls girls team earned a score of 142 to place seventh at the Bremser Invitational on Sept. 22 in Mishicot. The Oconto Falls boys came in 12th with a mark of 266.

Hannah Ludemann completed the course in 21 minutes, 2.08 seconds to pace the Oconto Falls girls team. Brooke Hodkiewicz placed 23rd in 21:12.7, while Hailey Delzer was 27th in 21:23.31. Maddy Przybylski (21:47.9) and Josie Holtz (22:07.84) capped the team score, placing 32nd and 39th, respectively.

Ben Adams led the boys team with a 19th-place finish in 17:34.13. Griffin Kopke (18:37.06) took 40th, while Evan Yuma (19:05.03) was 53rd. Emerson Rice (19:39.3) and Brant Laluzerne (19:58.92) were the next two Panthers across the finish line, placing 71st and 83rd, respectively.
