Pulaski won its fourth-straight match after taking down West De Pere on Sept. 11 in De Pere.

Pulaski’s Ben Uelmen scored once and assisted on a goal from Alex Kousov. Goalie Mason Baker made five saves while protecting the net.

Trentin Dauk, Joe Wacholz and Austin Decker had the other three goals. Chase Ambrosius and Noah Jaime were credited with an assist each.

Tigerton ties for 3rd at tournament

Tigerton topped Stockbridge (25-14, 25-7) but lost to Sevastopol (25-17, 25-20) and Suring (22-25, 25-16, 17-15) to tie for third place at a six-team tournament on Sept. 11 in Suring.

Tigerton’s Skyler Hauser finished the day with 19 kills, 29 digs, nine service points and five block kills. Abby Swartz contributed 10 kills, 29 digs and eight service points, while Jaycee Hoppe-Schmidt tallied 39 digs and 19 service points.

Elizabeth Robbins chipped in19 assists and 13 service points for the Tigers. Samantha Suehring tallied 23 service points and 12 digs, while Angel Welch had 10 service points.

Bowler goes 2-2 at tournament

Bowler picked up wins over Elcho (25-16, 26-24) and Pembine/Goodman (29-27, 25-13) and lost to Suring (25-17, 25-18) and Sevastopol (25-19, 25-7) during a tournament on Sept. 11 in Suring.

In the win over Elcho, Morgan Paiser led Bowler with three attack kills and three aces, while Brandi Spencer had four assists and three aces. Against Pembine/Goodman, Ava Paiser led the Panthers with six attack kills. Spencer had eight assists, while Bertina Dodge served four aces.

In the setback to Suring, Dodge had five digs. Bowler had just two attack kills.

Against Sevastopol, Tia Kroening and Morgan Paiser had two attack kills each. Spencer tallied three assists.

Witt-Birn finishes 2-2 at invite

Wittenberg-Birnamwood earned wins over the Merrill JV team (25-9, 25-14) and Medford (25-18, 25-22) but lost to Stanley-Boyd (25-12, 25-20) and Athens (15-25, 25-17, 15-10) on Sept. 11 at an invite in Merrill.

In the win over Merrill, Reese Rogowski tallied nine digs, while London Metropulos had 11 attack kills and Lilly Betry added 10 assists. Metropulos posted nine attack kills and five digs against Stanley-Boyd, with Rogowski added seven attack kills. Payton Foster recorded six assists and five digs, while Betry had four assists.

Against Medford, Rogowski totaled 11 attack kills and five digs, while Metropulos had 11 total kills. Foster and Betry contributed nine and seven assists, respectively, with Kiara Deruchowski posting four digs.

Metropulos had 14 total kills and nine digs in the loss to Athens. Foster was credited with nine assists, while Layla Huffman had four block kills. Rogowski and Deruchowski tallied nine and seven digs, respectively.
