Dow, Gueths lead Marion at home invitational

Claire Dow and Isaiah Gueths turned in top-20 finishes to lead the Marion girls and boys teams at Monday's Marion Invitational.

Dow posted a time of 29 minutes, 5 seconds to take 11th in the girls race. Gueths was 15th in the boys race with a time of 21:11.

The Marion boys placed fifth as a team, while the girls didn't qualify for a team score. Jaden Stuhr (23:09), Jesse Trebus (24:29), Jackson Krohn (25:14) and Jack VanKooy (30:09) filled out the boys team, placing 26th, 32nd, 33rd and 39th, respectively.

Kelsey Zillmer (32:40), Haiyle Larson (33:27) and Claire Brei (36:12) took 19th, 22nd and 23rd, respectively, for the Marion girls.
