GIRLS BASKETBALL

Bonduel 75

Rosholt 42

Bonduel picked up a Central Wisconsin Conference crossover victory over Rosholt on Jan. 4 in Bonduel.

Allaina Robaidek led Bonduel with 18 points, while Kara Troxel finished with 15 points, three assists and three steals. Ella Hischke added 12 points.

Julia Lorbiecki finished with 11 points and five rebounds for the Bears. Kylie Hoffman had four assists.

As a team, Bonduel finished with 16 assists and just six turnovers.

Suring 75

Menominee Indian 49

Menominee Indian couldn’t keep pace with Suring in a nonconference clash on Jan. 4 in Keshena.

Mariah Fish scored 25 points for Menominee Indian. Alezaha King added 18 points.

“I thought we showed some signs of improvement tonight,” said Menominee Indian coach Michael Skenadore. “Mariah and (Alezaha) really did a nice job of getting to the rim and hitting some catch and shoot 3s. Our defense needs to improve and we really need to cut down on the turnovers. We gave up way too many runouts and that is just something we have to get better at.”

BOYS BASKETBALL

Clintonville 62

Bonduel 47

Bonduel dropped a nonconference matchup against Clintonville on Jan. 4 in Clintonville.

Reece Stoltenow led Bonduel with 12 points. Carson Robaidek scored 11 points, while Jon Sell added eight points. Garrett Engel knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with nine points.
