Pulaski 6

Cecil 5

Pulaski edged Cecil on June 24 in Cecil. Jack Maastricht delivered the game-winning hit for Pulaski in the eighth inning after Cecil had scored five times in the top half of the inning to take the lead.

Drew McDermid picked up the win on the mound after working four innings and striking out seven. Joel Vandehei started and worked the first five innings. Ethan Bemowski belted a two-run homer for Pulaski.

Cecil’s Tucker Bouche took the loss on the hill. Noah Beilfuss started and struck out four over five innings. Beilfuss led the team with three hits.

Bonduel 10

Navarino 2

Bonduel cruised past Navarino on June 24 in Navarino. Bonduel led 5-2 before a four-run sixth inning helped the Broncos pull away.

Adam Frost drove in three runs, posted two hits and scored twice for Bonduel. Eric Gruenwald scored three runs, while J.C. Reinke and Matt Scheelk scored twice each.

Chase Reinke struck out 10 batters in a complete game effort to get the win.

Kyle Finger was dealt the loss on the hill, while Ryan Boettcher also pitched for Navarino. Austin Deiter and Brock Smejkal scored the runs for Navarino.

Shawano 8

Hofa Park 3

Shawano used a pair of three-run innings to take down Hofa Park in a June 24 matchup in Shawano.

Hunter Hoffman drove in three runs and had three hits for Shawano. Brandan Bushy and Brad Bartz pitched for the Lobos, with Bushy earning the win and striking out seven over six innings.

Hunter Buschke took the loss for Hofa Park, but struck out 11 over 7⅓ innings. Robert Schuettpelz got the other two outs and also scored twice for the Panthers.

Bonduel 18

Hofa Park 8 (7 inn.)

Bonduel rallied from a 6-2 deficit for a convincing win over Hofa Park on June 26 in Bonduel.

Matt Scheelk and J.C. Reinke homered for Bonduel. Wyatt Reinke came on in relief of Jack Reinke to earn the win on the mound.

Luke Platkowski homered and drove in four runs for Hofa Park. Zach Asher and Eric Dorn also clubbed homers. Robert Schuettpelz took the loss on the hill, while Mike Delgado and AJ Crooks also pitched.

Waupaca 8

Pulaski 2

Waupaca remained perfect in league play with a June 26 win over Pulaski in Pulaski.

Pulaski led 1-0 after a run in the first before Waupaca scored twice in the fourth to take the lead. The Lakemen pulled away in the sixth inning.
