CoVantage interactive teller machine now available in Keshena

CoVantage Credit Union has announced a new virtual teller ATM located next to Save A Lot grocery store in Keshena is now open for business.

CoVantage members can interact with live, local tellers using video technology, where they can complete a variety of services like cashing checks, making loans payments, transferring funds, depositing money, and getting cash. If members have questions or would like guidance through the transaction, selecting the “request teller assistance” option allows members to be connected via video to a teller at CoVantage’s headquarters.

Virtual teller service is available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturdays. If it is past business hours, the interactive teller machine also provides self-services available 24-7 with a CoVantage ATM/debit card or account number. For those who do not have a CoVantage account, anyone can withdraw cash using their ATM/debit card or make a cash advance using any credit card.

“This investment continues our commitment to providing services to the Menominee Indian Tribe (of Wisconsin) and Menominee County,” said Brett Lee, chief retail officer for CoVantage. “We are excited to introduce this technology to provide fast, convenient service to serve those who rely on CoVantage for their financial needs.”

CoVantage Credit Union, headquartered in Antigo, has $2.1 billion in assets and serves over 120,000 members across all their locations. Founded in 1953, the financial cooperative serves members living or working in 18 counties in Wisconsin and three counties in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
