• Johnny L. Kinney, 30, a Neopit man serving time at Green Bay Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest July 15 to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma levied court fees and assessments of $1,222 and sentenced him to 180 days in jail, concurrent with his current sentence.

• Jerry L. Waukau, 42, Keshena, had his probation revoked May 2 on charges of strangulation and suffocation, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery, bail jumping, and two counts of operating while revoked. Sloma sentenced him July 15 to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.

• Brandon P. Sackatook, 41, Tigerton, pleaded no contest July 17 to substantial battery intending bodily harm and a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation.

• Lindsay R. Holstrom, 27, Shawano, was charged July 15 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond. In a second filing, Holstrom was charged with eight counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, and Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond. In a third case, Holstrom was charged with four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor of retail theft, and Sloma set a $250 cash bond. For all three cases, the judge scheduled a status conference for Aug. 13.

• Derrick L. Thunder, 40, Neopit, was charged July 15 with 10 counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond, and a status conference was scheduled for July 30.

• Rodney T. Graham, 27, Bonduel, was charged July 16 in a request for extradition to another jurisdiction. Sloma scheduled a review hearing for July 26.

• Christopher L. Achterberg, 44, Neopit, was charged July 17 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 10.

• Shanna Rae S.B. Harrison, 42, Shawano, was charged July 17 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 24.

• Mark K. Waukau, 43, Keshena, was charged July 17 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 16.

• Talon Bedeau, 40, Neopit, was charged July 17 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 13.

• Lee A. Holton, 61, Shawano, was charged July 17 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $700 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 19.

• Mariah M. Kelley, 21, Neopit, was charged July 18 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and possessing an illegally obtained prescription. Sloma set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 3.

• Brett J. Faust, 30, Birnamwood, was charged July 18 with false imprisonment, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 26.
