• Cory R. Detaege, 33, Green Bay, pleaded guilty Dec. 6 to repeated sexual assault of the same child. On May 16, Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 35 years in prison, followed by 20 years of extended supervision, and ordered that he be returned for sentencing in Brown County, where he was scheduled to be sentenced May 24 for two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and one count of first-degree child sexual assault.
• Theresa A. Gunderson, 44, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest Feb. 9 to five counts of felony bail jumping, fleeing an officer in her vehicle, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting an officer with the consequence of causing substantial bodily harm, possession of an electric weapon and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. On May 9, Sloma sentenced her to five years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• John C. Sippel Jr., 64, Cecil, pleaded no contest May 14 to two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one count each of operating a firearm while intoxicated and possession of THC, all misdemeanors. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 140 days already served in the county jail.
• Ezell D. Golatt, 33, Green Bay, pleaded no contest May 14 to possession of an illegal article, three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Sloma sentenced him to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Jason K. Pyawasit, 45, Shawano, waived extradition to another jurisdiction during a May 13 court appearance.
• Alan D. Waukau, 36, Keshena, pleaded no contest March 20 to four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. On May 16, Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Joanna F. Cordts, 28, Shawano, was charged May 13 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 17.
• Brandon W. Marohl, 45, was charged May 13 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 16.
• Violet L. Dixon, 36, Neopit, was charged May 13 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, nine counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of child neglect. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 15.
• Emily Christine Balza, 44, Shawano, was charged May 13 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 6.
• Andrew J.J. Corso, 24, Birnamwood, was charged May 15 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $350 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 22.
• Matthew P. Urbanczyk, 29, Tigerton, was charged May 15 with two counts of a prisoner throwing or expelling bodily substances, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 28.
• Larissa A. Lucas, 29, Whitelaw, was charged May 16 with possession of narcotic drugs, eight counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 24.
• David A. Dedolph, 50, Tigerton, was charged May 16 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 21.
• Zadeus K. Huxford, 33, Cecil, was charged May 17 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of knowingly violating a domestic abuse restraining order. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for May 28.
