• James W. Lyons Jr., 45, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Feb. 7 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and sentenced Lyons to 12 months in county jail with Huber work-release privileges and credit for 191 days already served.

• Allyn C. Dodge, 50, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 8 to eight counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days already served in the county jail.

• Larry N. Wynveen, 80, Shawano, completed the terms of a deferred judgment agreement, and Judge William Kussel Jr. dismissed charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct on Feb. 9.

• Taylor A.J. Mason, 26, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Feb. 9 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions.

• Tanner A. Friebel, 23, Gillett, was charged Feb. 5 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 12.

• Destiny R. Rockman, 35, Neopit, was charged Feb. 5 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, nine counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 12.

• Patrick A. White, 25, Keshena, was charged Feb. 6 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 14.

• Christopher H. Belland, 45, Oconto, was charged Feb. 7 with three counts of issuing worthless checks and three counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 13.

• Landon J. Heling, 28, Shawano, was charged Feb. 9 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 16.

• Elmer J. Kakwitch, 40, Shawano, was charged Feb. 9 with six counts of felony bail jumping, one count of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked.
