• Malachi J. Skruch, 21, Shawano, was charged Feb. 21 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $200 and a signature bond of $2,000. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for March 29.

• Alexis Peralta-Martinez, 20, Shawano, was charged Feb. 21 with three counts of bail jumping, one count of operating while intoxicated (second charge), one count of operating while revoked, one count of possession of THC, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 1.

• Jerry M. Piper, 44, homeless, was charged Feb. 21 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, nine counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for March 15.

• Luis Narvaez, 26, Menasha, was charged Feb. 21 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled an arraignment for March 4.

• Jeremiah J. Fischer, 44, Gresham, was charged Feb. 21 with one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for March 1.

• Scott D. Kosbab, 49, Bowler, was charged Feb. 21 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled an arraignment for March 23.

• Matthew A. Klein, 30, Shawano, was charged Feb. 21 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC with intent, less than or equal to 200 grams, and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for March 9.

• Riley T. Bosman, 19, Shawano, was charged Feb. 22 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 11.

• Samuel P. Hyzer, 17, Bonduel, was charged Feb. 23 with one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 15.

• Stewart J. Boivin, 64, Shawano, pleaded no contest to one count of operating with prohibited alcohol content. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Boivin to two years in state prison and three years of extended supervision.

• Anthony A. Moses, 24, Shawano, was charged Feb. 25 with one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault), one count of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, one count of exposing a child to harmful material, two counts of child enticement, one count of child sexual exploitation and one count of possession of child pornography. Kussel set a cash bond of $30,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 4. On Feb. 23, one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault), one count of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, one count of exposing a child to harmful material and one count of child enticement were dismissed with prejudice.

• Navada L. Whitewing, 25, Wittenberg, was charged Feb. 25 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a status conference for March 2.

• Anthony C. Hendrix, 27, Shawano, was charged Feb. 25 with two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for March 2.

• Carey P. Forsyth, 69, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to one count of bail jumping. Kussel sentenced Forsyth to three years of probation. In another case, Forsyth pleaded no contest to one count of operating while intoxicated (fourth offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. One count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (fourth offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Forsyth to 300 days in jail and three years of probation.

• Chadwick M. Beyersdorf, 33, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel ordered a fine of $500.

• Brittany J. Vlach, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of amphetamine with intent, greater than 50 grams, one count of misappropriating identification information, one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Vlach to 10 years in state prison and eight years of probation.
