• Charges against David J. Yaeger, 38, Wittenberg, were dismissed Dec. 22 on a prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. In another case, charges against Yaeger were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include 30 counts of forgery and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, greater than or equal to $2,500.

• Tracy A. Bahr, 38, Pulaski, was charged Dec. 23 with one count of intimidating a victim/threatening with force, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $2,000 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 29. In another case, Bahr was charged with one count of using or attempting force to intimidate a victim, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 29.

• Jeral E. Gonzalez, 23, Gays Mills, was charged Dec. 28 with two counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating without a valid license (second offense in three years). Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Jan. 20.

• Charges against Susan E. Piekosz, 56, Birnamwood, were dismissed Dec. 28 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. In another case, charges against Piekosz were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription.

• Scott L. Best, 46, homeless, was charged Dec. 29 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), one count of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second of subsequent offense), one count of misappropriating identification information and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 5.

• Tina M. Sandoval, 51, Shawano, was charged Dec. 29 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Jan. 25.

• Stewart L. Herrera, 36, Green Bay, was charged Dec. 30 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 14.

• Cody D. Cook, 35, unknown, pleaded no contest to one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Kussel sentenced Cook to 18 months in jail and 18 months of extended supervision.
