• Joseph S. Doxtator, 52, Bowler, was charged Aug. 16 with two counts of bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma set a signature bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 29.

• Mekele D. LaBelle, 25, Shawano, was charged Aug. 16 with one count of strangulation and suffocation, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a signature bond of $5,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sep. 28.

• Jaime C. Kakkak, 46, Cameron, was charged Aug. 16 with one count of operating while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), one count of driving or operating a vehicle without consent (second or subsequent offense), three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $7,500 and set a preliminary hearing for Aug. 25.

• Jolea R. Jones, 38, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Aug. 16 to three counts of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. Three counts of bail jumping were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. In another case, Jones pleaded no contest to two counts of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and one count of possession of methamphetamine. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read into the record. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced Jones to 12 months in state prison and one year of extended supervision.

• Sarah E. Summ, 53, Green Bay, was charged Aug. 18. with one count of attempting first-degree intentional homicide, one count of false imprisonment, two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony and one misdemeanor count of battery. Sloma set a cash bond of $500,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 26.

• Terrill J. Henning, 32, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 18 to one count of misappropriating identification information. In another case, Henning pleaded no contest to two counts of intimidating a victim/using or attempting force. One misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Henning to six months in jail and two years of probation.

• Charges against Harry A. Hylock, 89, Pulaski, were dismissed Aug. 18 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of substantial battery, intending bodily harm, one misdemeanor count of negligent operation of motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

• Jesse A. Steinke, 37, Shawano, was charged Aug. 19 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and a $1,000 signature bond. Sloma also set a preliminary hearing for Oct. 5.

• John P. Micik, 46, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Sloma sentenced Micik to 25 days in jail.

• Marcus D. Watson, 24, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Aug. 19 to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Watson to 90 days in jail and two years of probation.

• Timothy H. Pehlke, 39, Wittenberg, pleaded no contest Aug. 20 to one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. In another case, Pehlke pleaded no contest to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Pehlke to nine months in jail.

• Charges against Aaron J. Pingel, 30, Wausau, were dismissed Aug. 20 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of failure to comply with an officer to bring a person to custody, one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.
