• Ger Vue, 30, Weston, was charged Aug. 9 with seven counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $2,500. He also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 25.

• Charges against Terry N. Hoffman, 66, Gresham, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion Aug. 9. These charges included two counts of strangulation and suffocation.

• Diane M. Wynos, 26, Shawano, pleaded no contest Aug. 9 to one count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One count of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 was dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Wynos to four years in state prison and five years of extended supervision.

• Skylar J. Hokenstad, 25, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 27 to one count of sex registry violation. Another count of sex registry violation was dismissed but read into the record. On Aug. 9, Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Hokenstad to 120 days in jail and three years of probation.

• Charges against Adam M. Farvour, 26, Bonduel, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion Aug. 10. These charges included one count of first-degree sexual assault using a dangerous weapon and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Matthew J. Pockat, 32, Marion, was charged Aug. 11 with three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Glory A. Johnson, 33, Tigerton, was charged Aug. 11 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 13.

• John C. Sippel Jr., 62, Cecil, was charged Aug. 11 with one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of manufacturing/delivering THC (greater than 200-1,000 grams), one misdemeanor of operating a firearm while intoxicated, two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Aaron C. Miller, 33, Bowler, was charged Aug. 11 with three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and six misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $10,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 19.

• Jeffery L. Vele, 31, Bowler, pleaded no contest Aug. 11 with two counts of bail jumping. Sloma sentenced Vele to 45 days in jail.

• Joel E. Greer, 48, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Aug. 12 to one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). One count of possession with intent-cocaine (greater than 1-5 grams) was dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Greer to 17 months in state prison and two years of extended supervision.

• Lance C. Lewis, 35, Black River Falls, was charged Aug. 13 with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and a signature bond of $5,000. He also set a preliminary hearing for Sept. 21.

• Shyla L. Vele, 29, Bowler, was charged Aug. 13 with one count of throwing/discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor and one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Onawa L. Wahsquonaikezhik, 28, Keshena, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of narcotic drugs. One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Wahsquonaikezhik to six months in jail and three years of probation.
