• Charley E. Estep, 36, Cecil, was charged July 26 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one count of bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 3.

• Tanya S. Cooper, 37, Crandon, was charged July 26 with one count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 30.

• Joshua F. Gartner, 38, Portage, was charged July 26 with one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 30.

• Weston J. Miller, 18, Shawano, was charged July 26 with one count of first degree child sexual assault - intercourse with person under 12. Sloma set a cash bond of $5,000 and a signature bond of $15,000. Sloma also set a resumed initial appearance for Aug. 25.

• Cody A. Miller, 34, Bowler, pleaded no contest July 27 to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Another misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read into the record. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. sentenced Miller to 90 days in local jail. In another case, Miller pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without consent. In this case, a count of theft of movable property greater than $2,500-$5,000 was dismissed but read into the record. In another case, Miller pleaded no contest to one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Kussel sentenced Miller to 536 days in state prison and 18 months of probation.

• Anthony M.S. Hamilton, 32, Green Bay, pleaded no contest July 27 to one count of false imprisonment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. One count of strangulation and suffocation and one misdemeanor count of battery were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Hamilton to two years of probation.

• Christopher J. Wynos, 32, Marinette, pleaded no contest July 27 to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). One count of possession of narcotic drugs was dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Wynos to four months in jail and three years of probation.

• Alex J. Kofnetka, 36, Appleton, pleaded no contest July 27 to one count of burglary - armed with a dangerous weapon, one count of possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and two misdemeanor counts of endangering safety/using a deadly weapon. One count of armed robbery, one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Kofnetka to 500 days in jail and four years of extended supervision.

• Charges against Keith D. Wilber, 27, Green Bay, were dismissed July 27 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges include one count of misappropriation of identification information, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.

• Troy J. Siegmeier, 50, Fond du Lac, pleaded no contest July 28 to one count of operating with prohibited alcohol content (sixth offense), one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Another count of bail jumping was dismissed but read into the record. One count of operating while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sloma sentenced Siegmeier to 30 months in prison.

• Alexandria T. Beres, 19, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 28 to one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked, one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Two counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Beres to nine months in jail and one year of probation.

• Charges against Bryce L. Moore, 25, Green Bay, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion July 28. Those charges included two counts of bail jumping and one count of possession of methamphetamine. In another case, charges of one count of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed before the initial appearance.

• Brandon J. Dodge, 33, De Pere, pleaded no contest to one count of misappropriating identification information and one misdemeanor count of credit card theft by acquisition. Five misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a financial transaction card (less than or equal to $2,500) were dismissed but read into the record. Two more misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a financial transaction card (less than or equal to $2,500) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kussel sentenced Dodge to 60 days in jail and three years of probation.
