• Bradley J. Miller, 38, Shawano, was charged April 5 with one count of failure to report to jail. Judge Katherine Sloma set a cash bond of $500. No additional meeting is scheduled yet.

• Ivoreen J. Bear, 19, Gresham, was charged April 5 with one count of substantial battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer and one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Sloma set a cash bond of $750 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for April 20.

• Travis L. Seifert, 23, Shawano, was charged April 5 with three counts of throwing/discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for April 27.

• Amber M. Thorn, 28, Waupaca, pleaded no contest April 5 to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining prescription and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Thorn to 12 months of initial confinement with two years of extended supervision and three years of probation. Sloma also added two more appearances of six months in jail to be served consecutively.

• Tiffany R. Thomas, 36, Shawano, pleaded guilty April 6 to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. Three counts of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of misdemeanor count possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count possession of THC were dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Thomas to 12 months in jail.

• Tyreese A. Wychesit, 19, Keshena, pleaded no contest April 6 to one count of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced Wychesit to 120 days in jail and two years’ probation. Sloma also set a $350 fine.

• Tony R. Rootes, 30, Caroline, pleaded no contest April 6 to one misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and one count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Judge William F. Kussel Jr. sentenced Rootes to an alcohol assessment and three years’ probation. Rootes also pleaded no contest April 6 to one count of false imprisonment and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Rootes to 12 months in jail and three years of probation. Lastly, Rootes pleaded no contest April 6 to one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of bail jumping. One misdemeanor count of possession of THC and two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Rootes to 12 months in jail and three years of probation.

• Charges against Mitchell R. Crowe, 40, Green Bay, were dismissed April 6 on prosecutor’s motion. These charges included one count of possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of possessing/illegally obtaining a prescription.

• Robert E. Riesterer, 33, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to one count of child abuse. One misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read into the record. Sloma sentenced Riesterer to two years in state prison, with three years of extended supervision and three years of probation.

• Joel T. Kinney, 51, Neopit, was charged April 7 with one count of operating while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense) and one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for April 20.

• Tyler M. Koepke, 27, Tigerton, was charged April 7 with three counts of manufacturing/delivering methamphetamine and two counts of attempting to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine. Sloma set a cash bond of $15,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 26.

• Craig A. Miller, 37, Neopit, was charged April 8 with one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one count of bail jumping. Sloma set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for April 27.

• Arlin J. Cox, 42, Keshena, was charged April 9 with three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, one misdemeanor count of battery and four counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond for $500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 19. Cox was also charged April 9 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of possession of narcotic drugs and eight counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a cash bond of $1,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 19.
