Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:
• Stewart J. Boivin, 62, of Shawano, was charged Aug. 4 with a felony count of fifth- or sixth-offense operating while intoxicated. He could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine if convicted. Boivin posted a $2,50o cash bond set by Judge Thomas Grover and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Aug. 31.
• Michelle L. Welnetz, 36, of Birnamwood, was charged Aug. 3 with a felony count of possession of methamphetamine and 16 felony counts of bail jumping. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each of the bail jumping counts if found guilty. Welnetz was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond set by Judge Thomas Grover and was scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance on Aug. 11.
• Destinee M. Lyons, 45, of Shawano, was charged Aug. 3 with felony counts of misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and possession of methamphetamine. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine the bail jumping count if found guilty. Lyons was ordered held on a $2,500 cash bond set by Judge Thomas Grover and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Aug. 31.
• Devin A. Bartsch, 30, of Junction City, was charged July 29 with a felony count of fourth offense operating while intoxicated. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Bartsch is free on a $2,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Sept. 21.
• Ayesha M. Dodge, 24, of Keshena, was charged July 29 with a felony count of possession of methamphetamine and 10 felony counts of bail jumping. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each of the bail jumping counts if found guilty. Dodge posted a $500 cash bond and $2,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 17.
