Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Daryl D. Tucker, 39, was sentenced by Judge William Kussel Jr. on June 23 to four months in prison and two years’ probation on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Tucker pleaded no contest to the charge.

• Eric J. Ihrcke, 41, of Gillett, was charged June 22 with a felony count of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Ihrcke is free on a $3,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing Sept. 19.

• Alexander S. Martinez, 31, of Green Bay, was charged June 19 with felony counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and manufacture/delivery of heroin. He could face a maximum 12 1/2 years in prison and $25,000 fine for manufacture/delivery of heroin if found guilty and 10 years and a $25,000 if found guilty of possession of a firearm. Martinez was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and was scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance on July 27.

• Kyle A. Wilbur, 19, of Manitowoc, was charged June 19 with a felony count of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer. He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine on the felony charge if found guilty. Wilbur was ordered held on a $1,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing June 24.

• Cory W. Dudevoire, 30, of Clintonville, was charged June 18 with a felony count of child abuse-recklessly causing harm. He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Dudevoire is free on a $1,500 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Sept. 1.

• Jeremiah J. Fischer, 42, of Gresham, was charged June 18 with two felony counts of possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer. He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine on each of the felony counts if found guilty. Fischer was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and was scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance on June 30.

• Ashley L. Deangelis, 35, Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, was sentenced June 18 to 39 months in prison and 42 months extended supervision on felony counts of recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle. She pleaded no contest to the charges.
