Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Bradley J. Fonder, 38, of Two Rivers, was charged June 2 with felony counts of misappropriating ID info to avoid penalty, possession of methamphetamine and second or subsequent offense possession of marijuana, along with misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted of misappropriating ID information if found guilty. Fonder was ordered held on a $3,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 11.

• Maribeth V. Whitewing, 36, of Eland, was charged June 1 with a felony count of fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer and bail jumping. She could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Whitewing was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. and was scheduled for a pre-trial conference on June 23.

• Diana I. Torres, 25, of Gillett, was charged May 29 with two felony counts of causing a child to view sexual activity. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. Torres is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 20.

• Lauriann F. Sanapaw, 47, of Keshena, was charged May 27 with a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. She could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Sanapaw is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 13.

• Russell A. Tourtillott, 59, of Shawano, was charged May 26 with a felony count of recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct. He could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine if convicted of reckless endangerment. Tourtillott was ordered held on a $2,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. and was scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance on June 2.

• Charles A. Sheppard, 45, of Shawano, was charged May 26 with felony counts of possession of narcotic drugs and second or subsequent possession of marijuana. He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if found guilty. Sheppard is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 13.

• Terril J. Henning, 31, of Embarrass, was charged May 26 with two felony counts of intimidating a victim with the threat or use of force, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. He could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine on each count if convicted. Henning is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 13.

• Jennifer L. Roth, 39, of Wittenberg, was charged May 26 with a felony count of aggravated battery and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty of the felony charge. Roth is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 13.

• Robert L. Boyd, 69, of Gillett, was charged May 26 with eight felony counts of forgery. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. Boyd is scheduled for an initial court appearance on July 13.

• Vincent E. Boursaw, 32, of Rapid River, Michigan, was sentenced by Judge James Habeck on June 2 to 10 months in jail on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. He pleaded no contest to the charge.

• Timothy G. Tucker, 31, of Keshena, was sentenced May 27 by Judge James Habeck to 60 days in jail and 30 month’s probation on a felony count of operating while intoxicated-causing injury. Tucker was also ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle. He pleaded no contest to the charge.
