Recent proceedings from Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

— Michelle L. Welnetz, 35, of Birnamwood, was charged Dec. 17 with felony counts of burglary and possession of methamphetamine. She could face a maximum 12 1/2 years in prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted of burglary and 3 1/2 years and a $10,000 fine for possession of methamphetamine. She is also charged with misdemeanor counts of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property. Welnetz is free on a $10,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. She is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 3.

— Daniel D. Rockman, 25, of Gillett, was charged Dec. 16 with a felony count of battery to a law enforcement officer. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Rockman was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. He is scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 6.

— Benito M. Del Bosque, 45, of Bear Creek, was charged Dec. 16 with felony counts of burglary and fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He could face a maximum 12 1/2 years in prison and $25,000 fine if convicted of burglary and a maximum six years and a $10,000 fine for OWI. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and resisting an officer. Del Bosque was ordered held on a $20,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. He is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 6.

— Cindy L. Reinke, 53, of Bonduel, was charged Dec. 16 with a felony count of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. She could face a maximum six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. She was ordered held on a $1,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 27.

— Logan N. Beauprey, 18, of Keshena, was sentenced by Judge James Habeck Dec. 13 to six months in jail as a condition of three years’ probation on a felony charge of being party to the crime of driving or operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Beauprey had pleaded no contest to the charge.

— Daniel D. Rockman, 25, of Gillett, was sentenced by Judge James Habeck Dec. 11 to six months in jail as a condition of two years’ probation on a felony count of fleeing an officer if a vehicle. He pleaded no contest to the charge.

— Todd P. Watters, 38, of Shawano was charged Dec. 11 with a felony count of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He could face a maximum six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. Watters posted a $1,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel, Jr. and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance Jan. 27.

— Tanya J. Gilbert, 30, of Shawano, was charged Dec. 9 with a felony count of second or subsequent possession of cocaine. She could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. Gilbert is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Jan. 13.
