Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Katie B. Beaver, 23, of Shawano, was charged Nov. 5 with three felony counts of bail jumping. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. Beaver is in custody on a $5,000 cash bond in another pending case in which she is charged with felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, second or subsequent possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and bail jumping. She faces maximum possible penalties ranging from 3½-12½ years and fines ranging from $10,000 to $25,000. She has a status conference set in that case on Dec. 16.

• Nicholas W. Temple, 25, of Krakow, was charged Nov. 5 with nine felony counts of bail jumping. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. Temple was ordered held on a $1,000 cash bond. He is also scheduled for a pre-trial conference Feb. 6 in another pending case in which he is charged with felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, second or subsequent possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and bail jumping. He faces maximum possible penalties ranging from 3½-12½ years and fines ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 in that case.

• Devon L. Rossman, 22, of Clintonville, was charged Nov. 4 with a felony count of operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and seven felony counts of bail jumping. He could face a maximum 3½ years in prison and $10,000 fine for operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and six years and a $10,000 fine on each of the bail jumping counts if convicted. He was ordered held on a $3,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance Nov. 26.

• Tyler J. Eichner, 26, of Cadott, was charged Nov. 4 with felony counts of causing substantial bodily harm while resisting an officer, battery or threat to a law enforcement officer and bail jumping. He is also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Eichner could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each of the felony counts if convicted. He was ordered held on a $3,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is due in court for an adjourned initial appearance Nov. 18.

• Brittany F. Waupoose, 35, of Shawano, was sentenced Nov. 4 by Judge James Habeck to 90 days in jail with work release privileges on a felony count of bail jumping. She also had her license suspended for 45 days on a misdemeanor count of operating after revocation. Waupoose pleaded no contest to the charges.

• Sarah M. Mueller, 28, of Wausau, was charged Nov. 1 with a felony count of battery or threat to a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 if convicted of the felony. She posted a $2,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance Nov. 11.

• Alisha C. Henning, 27, of Shawano, was charged Nov. 1 with a felony count of manufacture/delivery of amphetamine and two felony counts of bail jumping. She could face a maximum possible penalty of 12½ years in prison and $25,000 fine on the drug charge if convicted and six years and a $10,000 fine on each of the bail jumping counts. She was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Nov. 11.

• Virgil R. Wilbur, 48, of Neopit, was charged Nov. 1 with a felony count of domestic abuse-related strangulation and suffocation. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted on the felony count. He was ordered held on a $1,500 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr., and if scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance Nov. 11.

• Amber D. Chevalier, 33, was sentenced Oct. 31 to two years in prison and 1½ years’ extended supervision on a felony counts of possession of methamphetamine. Chevalier, who had entered a no contest plea, had initially been sentenced in January 2018 to 75 days in jail as a condition of two years’ probation. Her probation was revoked on Sept. 9 of this year.
