• Katie Lewandowski, 20, Suring, signed a $1,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. on one count of felony possession of methamphetamine. She also faces two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted of the felony, she could face up to 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• Payton Pagel, 18, was charged with felony bail jumping, a charge carrying a maximum sentence of six years in jail and a $10,000 fine. A signature bond for $1,500 set by Judge James Habeck was signed.

• Justin Busch, 31, Shawano, was charged with felony possession of amphetamine (more than 10-50 grams) with intent to deliver; felony possession of methamphetamines and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Maximum penalty for the possession with intent to deliver felony is 25 years in prison and a $100,000 fine and 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the possession charge. A $2,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. was signed. His adjourned initial appearance is set for Nov. 18.

• Frank Sackatook, 38, was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 18 on one felony count of driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Maximum penalty for the felony is 3½ years in prison and $10,000. Judge James Habeck set a cash bond of $5oo.

• Victoria Dixon, 29, Shawano, was charged with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine (more than 10-50 grams) and possession of methamphetamines; two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 was bond was set by Judge William Kussel Jr. An adjourned initial appearance was set for Nov. 25. Maximum penalty for the felony possession/intent to deliver charge is 25 years in prison and a fine of $100,000, and 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine on each of the possession charges.

• Rebecca Lusiak, 30, Tigerton, was charged with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine, four felony counts of bail jumping and misdemeanor charges for operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. A cash bond set on Oct. 25 remained in place. She faces a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a fine of $10,000 for each bail jumping charge; maximum of 3½ years in prison and $10,000 for the methamphetamine chargeand 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine for the possession charge. Her preliminary hearing is Nov. 5.

• Ga-Ma-Bne White, 33, Green Bay, was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor operating while revoked. A cash bond of $1,000 was set by Judge James Habeck. The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $10.000 fine.

• Marquita House, 30, Keshena, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of operating while impaired (OWI) and operating while revoked. A $750 cash bond was set by Judge James Habeck. The maximum penalty for the felony is 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• Ryin McGhee, 24, Mattoon, was charged with felony second degree recklessly endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct (dangerous weapon), use of a dangerous weapon while intoxicated; intentionally pointing a firearm at a person and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted of the recklessly endangering safety charge, the maximum penalty for the felony is 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. A $3,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel was posted.

• Salvador Hernandez, 22, Neopit, had a cash bond of $1,000 set by Judge James Habeck after being charged with a felony count of using another person’s Identification or information to avoid a penalty; misdemeanor charges of operating without a valid license (second within three years) and resisting or obstructing an officer. The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $10.000 fine. Adjourned initial appearance is set for Nov. 4.

• A cash bond for $500 set by Judge William Kussel Jr. was posted for Richard Schreiber, 50, Gresham, for felony bail jumping. If convicted, the maximum sentence is six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• Casondra K. McCracken, 30, Plover, was charged with forgery-uttering as a party to a crime, five counts of felony bail jumping, theft by misrepresentation of an amount equal to or less than $2,500, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. She could face six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each felony charge. Her initial appearance is set for Nov. 11, and no bond was set.

• Benjamin L. Lalonde, 39, Cecil, was charged with one count of felony bail jumping. He could face six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. A $1,000 cash bond previously posted will cover this case as well along with a $2,500 signature bond.

• Max Moede, 32, Shawano, was charged with felony strangulation and suffocation and four counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, domestic abuse and bail jumping. He could face a maximum of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted. He signed a $3,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. His preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 28, 2020.

• An initial appearance for Justina L. Ritchie, 28, Escanaba, Michigan, was adjourned until Nov. 4 on a felony change of possession of methamphetamine as a party to a crime and two drug-related misdemeanor counts as a party to a crime. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $500 cash bond. If convicted of the felony, she faces a maxiumum penalty of 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

• Vincent Boursaw, 31, Rapid River, Michigan, made an initial appearance on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, three misdemeanor drug-related chages and a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed knife. If convicted of the felony, he faces a maxiumum penalty of 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
