Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Bret J. Dodge, Sr., 28, of Keshena, was charged Oct. 23 with two felony counts of bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. He was ordered held on a $1,000 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr., and is scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance Nov. 13.

• An arrest warrant was issued Oct. 23 for Brian L. Stevens, 52, of Bowler, who is charged with two counts felony counts of sex registry violation and two felony counts of bail jumping. Each of the counts carries a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted.

• Felony charges of first-degree sexual assault and bail jumping that had been filed Aug. 7 against Robert G. Wallace, 30, of Shawano, were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion on Oct. 23. Misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and battery were also dismissed.

• Jason A. Jackson, 36, of Gresham, was charged Oct. 22 with a felony count of child abuse-recklessly causing harm. He could face a maximum 3½ years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. He is free on a $5,000 signature bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 18.

• Patricia Sullivan, 59, of Shawano, was charged Oct. 22 with two felony counts of bail jumping. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if convicted. Sullivan posted a $250 cash bond set by Judge William Kussel Jr. and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 30.

• Sidney M. Sheridan, 24, of Lyndon Station, was sentenced Oct. 22 to 120 days in jail with work release privileges on a felony count of battery by prisoners. Sheridan had pleaded no contest to the charge.

• Violet R. Madosh, 32, of Green Bay, was charged Oct. 21 with two felony counts of possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. She could face a maximum 3½ years in prison and $10,000 fine on each felony count if convicted. Sullivan is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Nov. 11.

• Donavon M. Flessert, 20, of Shawano, was charged Oct. 21 with two felony counts of first-degree sexual assault-intercourse with a person under the age of 12. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison on each count of convicted. Flessert is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Nov. 11.

• Travis J. Grignon, 31, of Keshena, was charged Oct. 18 with two felony counts of child abuse. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine for child abuse-intentionally causing harm, and 3 1/2 years and a $10,000 fine for child abuse-recklessly causing harm. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Grignon is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Nov. 25.

• Keith M. Swetlik, 31, of Keshena, was charged Oct. 18 with two felony counts of forgery and two misdemeanor counts of theft. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each felony count if convicted. He is free on a $2,500 signature bond and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Jan. 10.

• A felony charge of second-degree sexual assault against Benjamin J. Van Oss, 40, of Shawano, which had been filed Oct. 7, was dismissed on Oct. 18 on a prosecutor’s motion.
