The Milwaukee Brewers home opener against the St. Louis Cardinals has been postponed because of positive coronavirus tests.

MLB Network’s Jon Heyman was the first to report the news on Twitter. “Sources: Cardinals had positive tests, forcing postponement,” wrote Heyman in a follow-up tweet.

As of 10:45 a.m. Friday, has the Brewers, Cardinals series continuing on Saturday at 6:10 p.m. The teams will then play a doubleheader Sunday, with the first game slated for a 1:10 p.m. start.
