Bears, Chargers to face off for regional title

May 28

Bonduel 1, Oconto 0

Brodie Hartmann tripled to lead off the bottom of the sixth inning and scored on a sacrifice fly by Karson Stoss, and that was all Bonduel needed to pull out a win in their WIAA regional opening game.

Noah Weier and Devon Bostwick matched scoreless innings through three innings, and then Bostwick left with an injury. Riley Susa joined in the fun and held the Bears scoreless until the sixth when Bonduel got on the board.

Weier threw a great game and gave way to Cade Johnson to finish the seventh inning for a save.
