East-West Division

Gresham 3

Marion 1

Gresham toppled Marion behind an unbelievable pitching performance from Paul Murphy on June 19 in Marion.

Murphy struck out 22 batters in a complete game effort. He struck out the side in order in the first, fourth and ninth innings.

Tom Nietzer led Gresham at the plate with four hits, including two doubles.

Nate Reynolds had two of Marion’s hits. Nick Schoen took the loss on the mound.

Tigerton 15

Leopolis 5

Tigerton cruised past Leopolis during a June 17 matchup in Tigerton.

Brandon Sivertson belted a grand slam for Tigerton. Pat Provoast and Conner Harris also homered, with Provoast finishing with three hits. Dylan Berg and Justin Sivertson had two hits each.

Paul Sellner picked up the win for Tigerton. Alex Zimmerman was the losing pitcher.

Kasey Kristof had two of Leopolis’ seven hits.

Caroline 8

Shawano 6

Caroline snuck past Shawano in a tight June 19 clash in Shawano.

Austin Hoffman, Justin Reminger and Tyler Marquardt all posted two hits for Caroline. Travis Verg picked up the win on the mound.

Noah Jones tallied four hits for Shawano. Daryl Wilber chipped in three hits, while Jacob Springborn had two. Ray Lemieux Jr. was dealt the loss on the hill.

Neopit 12

Clintonville 8

Neopit outlasted Clintonville in a high-scoring June 19 matchup in Neopit.

Lowell Chevalier led Neopit at the plate with two hits. Alex Peters IV earned the win on the mound.

Aaron Morse and Jordan Koeppen had two hits each for Clintonville, while Keenan Doornink hit a homer. Jaden Doornink suffered the loss.

Little Falls 18

Tilleda 1

Little Falls cruised to a lopsided win over Tilleda on June 19 in Tilleda.

Carter Kurki earned the win on the hill after striking out 11 batters. Hunter Gruenwald, Jenner Gullixon and Scotty Aasen all tallied three hits for Little Falls.

Teagan Lehman led Tilleda with two hits. Lane Schultz was the losing pitcher.

Northern Division

Hatley 8

Birnamwood 6

Hatley edged Birnamwood in a tight June 19 matchup in Hatley.

Hatley’s Nick Cotter led the team with three hits, while Josh Matushak, Kyle Zblewski and Hayden Davidowski had two hits each.

John Breske picked up the win for Hatley, while Austin Reed was dealt the loss.

Hatley outhit Birnamwood 13-7.

Antigo/Polar 9

Elderon 0

Antigo/Polar cruised to a win on June 19 in Elderon after holding the hosts to two hits.

Eli Fleischman earned the win for Antigo/Polar. Fleischman also led the team at the plate with four hits, including a home run.

Nick Marshall added three hits for Antigo/Polar, while Alex Fritsch, Dylan Schielke and Jordan Arrowood had a pair of hits each.

Trevor Groshek was the losing pitcher.

Eland 17

Aniwa 2

Eland picked up a convincing win over Aniwa on June 19 in Eland.

Blade Niewandomski, Jacob Ligenza and Jeremy Jensen led Eland’s offensive attack with three hits each. Tyler Nelson, Bo Niewandomski, Joe Buss, Kyle Groshek and Jarod Richter all chipped in two hits.

Nelson was the winning pitcher for Eland. Nolan Hoppe suffered the loss.

Hoppe and Wade Farmer posted four hits each for Aniwa, while Hunter Gipp added two knocks.

South Central Division

Plover 8

Green Lake 5

Plover took down Green Lake in a June 17 game in Green Lake.

Eric Flowerette drove in two runs for Plover. Zack Hintz earned the win on the mound.

Jared Danke and Damien Netzler had two hits each for Green Lake. Hunter Netzler was the losing pitcher.

New London 15

Weymont 5

New London cruised past Weymont in a June 19 matchup in Weymont.

Andrew Parker and Dylan Moeller led New London at the plate with five hits each. Parker homered, drove in two runs and scored four times, while Moeller drove in four and scored three times.

Austin Warren drove in two runs and had two hits for New London. Myles Parker got the win on the mound.

Collin Jorgensen had three hits for Weymont, while Jacob Doede added two hits. Andrew Wildner took the loss.
