Neopit 8

Marion 3

Neopit took down Marion in a July 25 matchup in Neopit.

Ray White homered among his three hits to lead Neopit at the plate. Mequon Frechette, Walker Miller and Jamison Besaw all tallied two hits.

Mequan Corn Jr. picked up the win on the hill, while Joe Weyenberg was dealt the loss.

Jake Westphal and Alex Elandt had two hits each for Marion.

Caroline 13

Tigerton 2

Caroline eased to a win over Tigerton on July 23 in Caroline.

Bryson Bernarde pitched the first six innings for Caroline before Aaron Hoffman worked the final three frames.

Tyler Marquardt posted four hits for Caroline, while Bernarde added three. Lee Verg chipped in two hits, while Eric Kroening homered.

Shawn Much suffered the loss for Tigerton, but led the team at the plate with three hits. Pat Provoast added two hits.

Tilleda 8

Leopolis 1

Tilleda picked up a road win over Leopolis on July 25.

Landon Kroening reached base five times for Tilleda, tallying three hits and two walks. Teagan Leaman and Lane Schultz added two hits each.

Zach Fehrman struck out 11 batters and picked up the win on the mound.

Colin Akstulewicz had two hits for Leopolis. Alex Zimmerman was the losing pitcher.

Little Falls 15

Gresham 0

Little Falls rolled to a shutout win over Gresham on July 25 in Little Falls.

Chris Dunn earned the win for Little Falls, not allowing a hit over five innings. He also drove in three runs on three hits at the plate.

Hunter Gruenwald and Sawyer Strebe each drove in four runs on three hits for Little Falls, while Jenner Gullixon had two RBIs on three hits. Seth Korb added two hits.

Paul Murphy suffered the loss on the mound.

Clintonville 12

Shawano 1

Clintonville picked up a road win over Shawano on July 25.

Hunter Vollmer was the winning pitcher, while Ray Lemieux Jr. took the loss.

Northern Division

Elderon 14

Hatley 10

Elderon won a high-scoring home game against Hatley on July 25.

Justin Meronk homered twice among his three hits to lead Elderon. Austin Wolfe homered and had two hits, while Troy Leiskau’s lone hit was a homer.

Marvin Meronk, Matt Meronk and Brandon Groshek recorded three hits each for Elderon, while Mike Lehman had two. Casey Kerstner picked up the win.

Cody Kocher and Jeremy Schmidt each hit home runs for Hatley, with Kocher finishing with three hits. Hayden Davidowski and Caleb Baumann each had two hits. John Breske was the losing pitcher.

Antigo/Polar 13

Wittenberg 6

Antigo/Polar earned a road win over Wittenberg on July 25.

Sebastian Noskowiak earned the win on the mound and also posted three hits for Antigo/Polar. Jed Weix and Aaron Schoenfield contributed three and two hits, respectively.

Dominik Anderson suffered the loss for Wittenberg. Keegan Miller tallied three hits, while James Thompson and Brad Knoblock had two hits each.

Eland 24

Aniwa 4

Eland rolled to a win over Aniwa on July 25 in Eland.

Eland’s Ryan Richter homered twice and had four hits. Jarod Richter had four hits, while Joe Buss, Tyler Nelson and Jeremy Jensen all had three hits. Alex Bembenek, Tommy Froom, Hunter Garski and Nick Lemke all were credited with two hits.

Nelson was also the winning pitcher. Jake Themer took the loss.

Wade Farmer and Andrew Hinzen tallied two hits each for Aniwa.

South Central Division

Scandinavia 14

Weymont 5

Scandinavia picked up a road win over Weymont on July 25.

Gavin Erbes drove in three runs on four hits and also scored three times for Scandinavia. Gus Turner-Zick drove in four runs on three hits.

Ryan Glodowski secured the win on the hill, while Trevor Wetzel was the losing pitcher.

Zach Costello had three RBIs on three hits for Weymont. Collin Jorgensen added two hits.

Plover 14

Green Lake 2 (7 inn)

Plover defended its home turf and earned a lopsided win over Green Lake on July 25.

Wyatt Mitchell homered and drove in six runs on two hits for Plover, while Nate Jackan had three RBIs on four hits and also scored four times. Kevin Jastromski chipped in three hits.

Gregg Trudell was the winning pitcher for Plover.

Hunter Netzler took the loss for Green Lake, but tallied two hits at the plate. Jared Danke also had two hits.
