Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, and will miss the team’s upcoming game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The news was first reported on Twitter by Tom Pelissero, a reporter for NFL Network.
Pelissero’s tweet read: “Sources: #Packers QB Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19 and is out for Sunday’s game against the #Chiefs.”
In a follow-up tweet, Pelissero wrote that Rodgers informed the team of the news and that backup Jordan Love will be making his first career start against Kansas City.
