Bay Conference Mini-Meet #1
Shawano golfers opened their season by placing sixth out of seven teams at Westridge Golf Course in Neenah.
The Hawks tallied a 193. Winneconne won with 151.
Seniors Duane Gristeau-Blanche and T.J. Smith led Shawano, each with a 45. Junior Brayden Mead scored 49, and sophomore Collin Dieck had a 54.
Junior Caiden Cappaert also carded a 54.
Central Wisconsin Conference Mini-Meet #1
Menominee Nation/Gresham placed third, followed by Marion in fourth and Bonduel in sixth among nine teams at the Weymont Run Country Club in Weyauwega.
Amherst won with a 176, followed by Menominee Nation/Gresham with 201, Marion with 210 (tied with Shiocton) and Bonduel with 215.
Leading Menominee Nation/Gresham were sophomore Allex Mahi and junior Elliott Penass, each with a 47. Senior King Lyons carded a 53, and junior Gabe Boivin had a 54.
Senior Henry Lyons carded a 59.
Freshman Javen Prickette led Marion with a 47. Junior James Nolan scored 52, followed by senior Jarren Faehling with a 54 and freshman Payton Prickette with 57.
Freshman Jackson Rindt carded a 68.
Bonduel was paced by senior Griffin Uelmen with a 45. He was joined by senior Ryan Westrich with 54, senior Gavin Hundt with 58 and junior Kaiden Thornborrow, also with a 58.
Sophomore Liam Rosenthal carded a 70.
