Spring forward, don’t fall back with new three-week program

Many falls can be prevented, and a new three-week program, “Age Well Without Falls,” can empower older women and men to reduce falls at home and in the community.
The classes will be held Tuesdays, beginning May 10, from 6-8 p.m. in the activity room at Serenity Gardens, 146 N. Francis St., Gillett.
Participants will learn with a small group of their peers and the class is interactive, discussing topics from A to Z. The cost of $20 per person includes all three sessions, supplies, snacks and more.
Call Carol Luebeck, RN, at 920-373-1441 with questions or to register. Space is limited. “Age Well Without Falls” is sponsored by the Oconto County Commission on Aging.
